Palbrick Update

Well the transfers are a bit fiddly to say the least.

They look better at a distance on the layout.

And now a look at some of my kit built wagons, Mainly Parkside Dundas

The Long wheelbase CCT wagons I put a compensating axle on one end.

I know it's Great Western but it is a nice wagon.

I must admit, This is one I really like. I have a sheet of lead flashing as a load for this..

Another favorite, I lost the weight transfers, I will sort some out...I will also have to replace the tie bars with brass as the plastic ones bend after a while.

Palbrick Update

Palbrick No.2 , Yes I know I have not put the brake lever on yet. I think I was too eager to see what the camera saw.

I have heard it said that your first scratch built wagon should be some thing simple. I think I missed that one?

Just a little more to do then some light waethering...Me thinks

The last one is just one for the album or is it just to show off my Longmoor Railway loco's?

Scratch built body on a 10 foot wheel base chassis

As these wagons are not RTR this is the only way to get one DIY

Well having decided to stop at 17 J94's I just could not resist number 18. Started of as 196 so decided to re number it 156 after a total strip down clean and service, new motor and decoder fitted it is now DCC and in the ranks....
